For decades it has been clear that the immune system plays a crucial role in fighting cancer. But today successful immune therapy is almost nonexistent. Furthermore, there is not a single test available in clinical practice which measures a patient's immune competence or strength. It is not surprising that most doctors ignore the immune system when they think about cancer.

But this is a mistake. Thousands of scientific studies demonstrate that patients fight cancer with white blood cells, antibodies, interferon, and dozens of other weapons. The conservative treatment recommended by the Texas Cancer Center relies upon hundreds of successful clinical studies - studies which demonstrate the power of each patient's immune system to fight the spread of cancer.
